Program & Project Lifecycle Manager:

The P2P lifecycle manager has been developed as to align all the project philosophies, policies, procedures and processes.

P2P possesses a library of over 6000 artefacts that are aligned to the typical mining lifecycle of Desk Top, FEL1, FEL2, FEL03, Execution, Construction Management, Pre Commissioning, Post Commissioning and Operational Handover.

 

 

The typical PMI® PMBOK®, APM®, Kerzner and Prince2 guidelines have been adopted in the development of all the artefacts.
