The P2P lifecycle manager has been developed to align all the project philosophies, policies, procedures and processes.

P2P possesses a library of over 6000 artifacts that are aligned to the typical mining lifecycle of Desk Top, FEL1, FEL2, FEL03, Execution, Construction Management, Pre-commissioning, Post-commissioning and Operational Handover.

 

 

The typical PMI® PMBOK®, APM®, Kerzner and Prince2 guidelines have been adopted in the development of all the artifacts.
