With almost three decades of experience swimming upstream, Kevin is an unrelenting force of nature and a highly motivated Project Management Office Implementation, Software Development and Integration, Facilitator and Project Management Training Specialist. As the Managing Director of Culture Dynamics DCI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, she has 15 years of training and facilitation experience in culture, diversity, bridging generational gap, communication, interpersonal skills and corporate culture transformation. She is the only one holding the title – Certified Master Trainer for Colored Brain & Directive Communication Psychology in Malaysia. Over the years, she has certified more than 100 trainers or coaches and conducted over 200 training workshops and speaking engagements.
