Every organization requires a unique customization and integration into their current business processes and Project Management processes and procedures. It is not our intention to reinvent the wheel, but to leverage on our current assets.

The project templates and workflow components can only be accessed by the designated Project Administrator through an agreed upon workflow with the appropriate authority levels. This will ensure that only the latest centralized documents are made available to all Project Stakeholders.

We have extensive global experience in producing automated Portfolio, Program and Project Management processes and procedures. These are aligned to a set of international best practices and standards in compliance with the organizations specific business processes and guidelines.

Your facilitator, Kevin in’t Veld (PMP), has used GPM internationally acclaimed Project Management methodologies for the likes of SAB, Anglo Gold Ashanti, XSTRATA Coal, Anglo American, Aurecon, MTN and many others. Furthermore, Kevin is the brainchild behind Portfolio Lite and Start Map, two Program Management methodologies that are utilized internationally. Kevin’s entertaining style and extensive knowledge of Project Management will drive your learning experience to a higher level.
